FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS and POLICIES
*When do classes begin? Classes will begin the week of Labor day. We will run through the end of the school year following the ISD calendar. .
*What should my child wear? Students are welcome to wear their normal school clothing. Depending on the style, shoes may be taken off to allow students to move freely.
*Makeup Class/Refund Policy: There are no refunds given for missed dance days due to absences or bad weather days. If for some reason class is canceled by SPROUTS, there will be a makeup dance day offered to all students. Tuition and registration fees are non refundable and non transferable. As noted above, we will follow the ISD calendar, so there will be no class during holiday breaks and spring break
*Will there be a recital? The goal is for each class to have a winter and spring show off or video performance to share with parents. This will vary from school to school and you will get more information on this a few months prior.
*Cancelation Policy: If you find that our classes are not working out, we ask that you please notify us via email prior to the next months donation due date. Once we receive your request, you will no longer be charged for any further classes.
CLASS RATES
*In School Tuition:
$65 per month is the recommended tuition amount. We also understand that this may not fit for every family, so we are happy to offer a discounted rate. Any donation that works for you will be accepted as your tuition payment. We ask that you send your donation on the 25th of each month leading up to classes. You will receive an email invoice that will allow you to send your donation amount with a credit card. If you would prefer to submit it though Venmo you will find that information below.
*Venmo payments can be sent to @tmtynan with the last four digits 9921.
